BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 6923 Tyner Road, being on the northeast line of Tyner Road northwest of Ty-Hi Drive. An unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 4398, page 372, ROHC. Tax Map No. 139H-A-8. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-T/Z Residential Townhouse Zero Lot Line Zone. SECTION 2.
