                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6923 TYNER
                   ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF TYNER ROAD
                   NORTHWEST OF TY-HI DRIVE, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL
                   ZONE TO R-T/Z RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOUSE ZERO LOT
                   LINE ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 6923 Tyner Road, being
                on the northeast line of Tyner Road northwest of
                Ty-Hi Drive.  An unplatted tract, being the
                property described in deed book 4398, page 372,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 139H-A-8.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-T/Z Residential Townhouse Zero 
Lot
         Line Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Review and approval of site plan.
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
